On compensation for damages caused by a traffic accident and insurance indemnity

Recovered in favor of the client 48 000 UAH to compensate for the damage caused by the road traffic accident and 2 000 UAH court costs incurred in payment of court fees for filing a statement of claim, appeal and cassation complaints.
